A deposit of 50% of your room rate taxes included is ask upon reservation. If you cancel more than 7 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit will be reimbursed. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit will be kept.

Policy for all cottages and condos: A deposit of 30% of the total is taken upon reservation. If you cancel 14 days and more before arrival the 30% deposit will be kept. If you cancel within less than 14 days before arrival, the paiement of the total have to be paid. No refund possible. THE TOTAL PAIEMENT HAVE TO BE DONE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE.
